Brian Murphy is an experienced healthcare executive with over 20 years of leadership spanning operations, sales, and business development across multi-site healthcare organizations. As Chief Executive Officer of DevotionOne Healthcare, Brian has driven sustained growth and operational excellence in the delivery of durable medical equipment and patient-centric care solutions. His prior leadership roles at Epic Medical Solutions (Formerly Option 1), NextCare, and ARAMARK reflect a track record of scaling teams, optimizing sales performance, and strengthening strategic partnerships across the healthcare continuum. Brian serves on the executive leadership Team for the Alzheimer's Foundation, and is very active with several other charities nationally and locally.  Brian holds a B.S. in Finance from Arizona State University and is based in the Greater Phoenix area.

Brad Nather serves as Chief Operating Officer of DevotionOne Healthcare, where he oversees nationwide operations, supply chain, and service delivery across a $325 million healthcare platform. With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare operations and logistics, Brad has a proven track record of driving cost efficiencies, operational excellence, and large-scale process improvements. Prior to DevotionOne, he held senior leadership roles at StateServ Medical, PCA Skin, and Epic Medical Solutions (Formerly Option 1), where he led multi-state warehouse networks and implemented Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance productivity and service quality. Brad earned his MBA from Grand Canyon University and his B.S. in Management from Arizona State University.

Mike Miller serves as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at DevotionOne Healthcare, where he leads commercial strategy, brand development, and customer engagement initiatives across the company’s growing national platform. With more than 15 years of experience in healthcare marketing and growth leadership, Mike has built a proven record of driving revenue expansion and market share across clinical and consumer healthcare organizations. Prior to joining DevotionOne, he held marketing and leadership roles at Orthotic Holdings Inc. (OHI), Mezona Orthopedic, and NextCare Urgent Care, where he spearheaded initiatives that enhanced visibility and accelerated growth across multi-state operations. Mike holds an MBA in Marketing and Management from Grand Canyon University and is based in Mesa, Arizona.
